Common Surf Birds Resting

I almost didn’t see these guys. They were right across from that Crash of Sea Lions in the pano below.
I went upwind and shut the motor off and drifted right past them ever so silently! Many had their little heads tucked in ,so I didn’t want to disturb them while they were trying to rest.

Oystercatchers and Common Surfbirds

This rock always has many different types of birds on it.
The Surfbirds looked like they were all taking a nap,so I didn’t get too close.
