I’ve known this bear for a few years now. She’s always been such a beautiful soul. I’ve named her “Lovey”.
Unfortunately by the time I got to her,the light was gone. Her fur coat would of had a halo around it if the sun had been out!

She reminds me of our Newfoundland dog, Nelly, except for the ears. And no floppy jowls.
Oh you’ve got a Newfie! I love those dogs.Such gentle souls.Give Nelly a treat from me please Audrey!
She loves treats! Will do.
I cant get enough of this beautiful animal. Such intelligent eyes.
she is a old soul to be sure.

Fantastic Wayne.. she is a beauty..
she sure is Sally!
It’s wonderful to see how healthy looking she is. And while we have black bears here in Virginia, I don’t think they get as big.
she likes lots of Salmon!
One BIG, beautiful girl! <3
yep,all 400 lbs of her!
Perfect! Just perfect! ❤
she is,isn’t she!
She is beautiful!!! Has an incredible thick coat – looks like she is all ready for winter.
she’s not a skinny bear! All she needs now is 30 or 40 salmon over the next month before she goes beddy by.
She sure is big.
she likes to say big boned.
Thank you Sally for the delightful Thanksgiving Haiku & funnies!
I give thanks to you!
