Lennard Island Lighthouse Sunset

I used Frank island in the foreground as a framing device.
The bird made this shot. Alot of times after I get my Safety shots,I just hang around and wait for birds to come into the shot. They are always there and really add to the shot even though they are small.

You can clearly see how important light is with this shot. It’s the same shot,but taken at different times of the day. This one was taken during the day,and the one above was at sunset. It’s amazing how light can change a subject !

Fly Fishing at Virgin Falls

I was asked by a friend to do a Fly fishing shoot and thought Virgin Falls would be a great place.
However,the fish that are there are right in the falls and are very small.
There was still snow on the ground when I shot this.
